M-FEI sells fashion accessories, including jewelry, necklaces, bracelets, earrings, rings, hair accessories, and related products.

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, dimensions, materials, colors, and images accurately. However:

• Colors may appear differently depending on the customer’s screen or lighting;
• Measurements may vary slightly;
• Handmade or individually produced products may have minor variations; and
• Product packaging may change without prior notice.

Unless a product description expressly states otherwise, our products should be considered fashion jewelry or fashion accessories and not solid gold, silver, platinum, precious stones, or investment-grade jewelry.

We reserve the right to modify product descriptions, prices, specifications, and availability at any time.

Customers should review the product materials and care information before purchasing or wearing an item.

Individual reactions to metals, plating, adhesives, dyes, and other materials may vary. Customers with sensitive skin, metal allergies, or other known sensitivities should use appropriate care and discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Nothing in this section limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

5. Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee that it has been accepted.

After receiving your order, we may send an order acknowledgment. This acknowledgment confirms receipt of the order but does not necessarily constitute acceptance.

We may reject, limit, suspend, or cancel an order for reasons including:

• Product unavailability;
• Incorrect product or pricing information;
• Payment failure;
• Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity;
• Shipping restrictions;
• Errors in the customer’s information; or

An order is accepted when we confirm shipment or otherwise notify you that it has been fulfilled.

If we cancel a paid order before shipment, we will refund the affected amount to the original payment method.

Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the website. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other fees will be shown at checkout where required.

Prices and promotions may change at any time. Changes will not normally affect orders that have already been accepted.

We may correct obvious pricing, typographical, or technical errors. If an error affects your order, we may contact you for confirmation or cancel and refund the order.

By submitting payment, you confirm that:

• Sufficient funds are available; and

7. Order Cancellation

We will try to accommodate the request, but cancellation or modification is not guaranteed once an order has entered processing, packing, or shipment.

Orders that have already shipped must be handled under our return procedures.

Custom-made, personalized, or specially ordered products cannot normally be cancelled after production or processing begins.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times displayed on our website are estimates and not guarantees.

Delivery may be affected by:

• Carrier delays;
• Customs processing;
• Weather conditions;
• Public holidays;
• Incorrect or incomplete addresses;
• High order volumes; or
• Events beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or loss resulting from incorrect information supplied by the customer.

If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, refusal, or unsuccessful delivery, additional shipping charges may apply before it can be resent.

Please contact us promptly if your order arrives damaged, incomplete, incorrect, or appears to be lost.

9. International Orders

International customers are responsible for ensuring that products may lawfully be imported into their destination country.

Customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, and other destination-country fees are normally the customer’s responsibility unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout.

Customs processing may delay delivery. We do not control customs authorities and cannot guarantee customs-clearance times.

Refusing a shipment because of unpaid duties or taxes does not automatically entitle the customer to a full refund. Actual shipping, return, customs, or handling costs may be deducted where permitted by law.

10. Returns and Exchanges

Customers may request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery.

To qualify for a return:

• The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged;
• All tags, protective materials, accessories, and original packaging must remain intact;
• Proof of purchase must be provided; and
• The return must be authorized by our customer service team before shipment.

To request a return, email mics97021@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and clear photographs where applicable.

Do not send products to our business address unless we have confirmed the return address and provided return instructions. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Unless the product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or the return is required by law, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

11. Non-Returnable Products

The following products are normally not eligible for return or exchange:

• Earrings and pierced jewelry after the hygiene seal or protective packaging has been opened;
• Products that have been worn, used, washed, damaged, or altered;
• Personalized, engraved, or custom-made products;
• Final-sale or clearance products clearly marked as non-returnable;
• Gift cards; and
• Products returned without their original packaging or accessories.

These exclusions do not apply where a product is defective, materially different from its description, or where applicable law requires a return or remedy.

12. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect product, please contact us within seven calendar days after delivery.

Your email should include:

• Order number;
• Description of the issue;
• Photographs or video showing the product and packaging; and
• The shipping label where relevant.

After verification, we may offer an appropriate replacement, exchange, store credit, partial refund, or full refund.

Please do not discard the product or packaging until we have completed our review.

13. Refunds

Approved refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method within seven to fourteen business days after the returned product has been received and inspected.

Banks and payment providers may require additional time to post the refund.

Original shipping charges are normally non-refundable unless:

• We shipped an incorrect product;
• The product arrived damaged or defective;
• The order was lost before delivery; or
• Applicable law requires otherwise.

We reserve the right to reject a return or reduce the refund where a product shows signs of use, wear, damage, missing parts, or handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it, to the extent permitted by law.

14. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotional offers and discount codes:

• Must be used before their expiration date;
• Cannot normally be combined unless stated otherwise;
• Cannot be exchanged for cash;
• May be limited to certain products, customers, or locations; and
• May be cancelled if obtained or used fraudulently.

If an order is partially returned, the refund may be adjusted to reflect the promotion actually applicable to the products retained.

15. Gift Cards

Gift cards, if offered, are subject to the conditions displayed when purchased.

Gift cards cannot normally be exchanged for cash or refunded, except where required by law. Lost, stolen, or unauthorized gift cards may not be replaced unless we can verify the relevant purchase and remaining balance.

16. Intellectual Property

The website and its original content, including the M-FEI name, design, text, graphics, photographs, product presentation, logos, and software, are owned by or licensed to DORMAIER TRYNEX LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, sell, scrape, or commercially exploit our website content without prior written permission.

17. Customer Reviews and Content

If you submit a review, photograph, comment, or other content, you confirm that:

• You own or have permission to submit it;
• It is accurate and not misleading;
• It does not infringe another person’s rights; and
• It is not unlawful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or fraudulent.
